We “Bann Kun Pra by Wolves Design” really sorry for the mislead information published by Lonely Planet 2005 edition. We have newly renovated most of the house to be more beautiful and clean, and we re-opened the house in August 2005 under the name “Bann Kun Pra by Wolves Design”. As a result, the information in Lonely Planet new edition launched in September is still the old one which was belonged to the former owner. The most arguable topic is the prices of the rooms.

Renovating a historical house like this requires very much effort, time and budget in order to make every inches of the house to be remarkable for our lovely guests. Unfortunately, it forced us no choice to raise the rental rate as the present. Our room rate is the fair price and will be the same all year-round as we will never charge you more for the high season. We not pay any commission to the others (tuk-tuk or tour agent) so we have no need to plus that to our room rate. By the way all the services we provide to you for your convenience (boat tour, called tuk-tuk) is no commission as well. We serve you by our heart and you just pay the reasonable price to them.

On the other hand, we try our best to serve you convince as our facilities, e.g.

Remarkable restaurant, chill out terrace, rental bicycle, laundry service, internet service, boat tour, library, and very friendly and helpful staffs and so on, to keep you most satisfy while you stay here in Ayuttaya. We still keep improving our facilities and services to make sure that all our lovely guests will have a happy time and think of us when they think of Thailand .

However, if our room rate does not meet your budget in anyway, our house still open for you to be our guests as our fine restaurant will serve you the delicious Thai food and spectacular view of Par-Sak River guarantee. Or you and your friend can have a good talk, make a new friend or listen to good music while having very good quality cocktails selected and prepared by experience bartender from four star hotel at the chill-out terrace where you can see night life of Ayuttaya. The restaurant open from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm and chill-out terrace open from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm everyday.
